Jaz began her career in technology working on healthcare implementations before moving into increasingly complex transformation, enablement, and strategy work. Her experience has since crossed healthcare, enterprise technology, global learning, customer success, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and emerging technology. She has led global initiatives reaching teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM and worked inside organizations ranging from healthcare systems to Fortune 5 and Fortune 1 enterprises. That range shaped the idea behind VETTED: the hardest organizational problems often live at the intersection of people, technology, learning, talent, and strategy.

Through VETTED and its partners, that has included older adults preparing for increasingly technology-enabled workplaces, young adults with intellectual disabilities entering meaningful work opportunities, early-career talent building practical readiness, entrepreneurs learning to use technology to grow their businesses, and people navigating career pathways without traditional credentials or access.

COMMUNITY IS INFRASTRUCTURE.

Jaz’s work also extends into LGBTQ+ community building. She is the co-founder of GLU, a connection and access platform creating intentional spaces for LGBTQ+ women and nonbinary people to build relationships, exchange opportunity, and find community. GLU grew from a simple belief: connection should be designed with the same intention we bring to products, workplaces, and other systems people rely on. Relationships move information, introductions, jobs, ideas, capital, and possibility. That makes community part of the infrastructure people use to move through the world.
