Move high school students beyond entrepreneurship theory into practical, technology-enabled experience.
THE WORK
VETTED designed and led an applied technology capstone spanning discovery, AI fluency, user research, product strategy, design, prompting, and implementation.
Students worked across coding, design, strategy/research, and implementation teams to reimagine the BasBlue member experience, culminating in a functional app prototype built from student research, prompts, wireframes, and ideas.

Capable people were being underestimated by traditional employment systems while workplaces increasingly demanded digital and technology-enabled skills.
THE WORK
VETTED assessed, trained, and prepared participants across generations and ability levels for technology-enabled work, combining digital fluency, career readiness, transferable skills, and employer connection.
The work included helping older adults build confidence and capability for increasingly technology-enabled workplaces, while preparing young adults with intellectual disabilities for professional opportunities. Through VETTED's employer relationship with City Year, participants were placed into internationally recognized service and leadership opportunities.
